WORK AGREEMENT TERMS

PRE-SERVICE LIABILITY RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

You have requested that the Lawn Mower Medic service your equipment. We cannot service equipment lacking safety devices, such as (but not limited to) Roll-Over Protection devices, unless you are willing to enter into an agreement:

• releasing us from liability for property damage, injuries or death caused by use of repaired equipment lacking safety devices, and

• holding us harmless and indemnifying us against any claim that may arise from repaired equipment lacking safety devices.

We may not be aware of all safety devices you or others have removed from your equipment. Therefore, before we can repair your equipment we require a release, indemnication and hold harmless agreement as to any and all removed or disabled safety devices. By checking the Terms and Conditions box, you agree to such an all-inclusive release.

AGREEMENT

It is hereby agreed by (”customer”) and The Lawn Mower Medic, that customer does hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless The Lawn Mower Medic, from and against all liabilities of any kind arising from customer’s use, sale or other activities with equipment lacking safety devices.
